Terms & Conditions for Casa Yati
GENERAL
Casa Yati (hereinafter referred to as the «Hotel») is a property operated by GRUPO
EMPRESARIAL CASA YATI, located at Playa ventanilla, Av. Principal Playa Ventanilla, Sta.
Maria Tonameca S/N, 70947 Santa María Tonameca, Oaxaca, México.
The general terms and conditions herein, together with the privacy policy, bookings &
cancellation policy, fee schedule & hotel schedule, and add-ons available on the hotel website
and the booking confirmation, shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and the
hotel.
BOOKINGS
Bookings may be made through:
● Official website
● Approved online travel agencies
● Direct hotel contact at reservations@casayati.com or +1 386 877 0441
All prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include taxes.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
● Check-in time: 3:00 PM
● Check-out time: 12:00 PM
● Minimum age for check-in: 18 years
● Valid government-issued photo ID required
● Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
RESTRICTIONS
● No-smoking policy throughout all hotel areas
● Cleaning fee of 200 USD will apply for violations
● Children policy: Adults only (18 years and older)
● Pet policy:
○ Small dogs up to 20 pounds (9 kg) are welcome
○ Pets must be leashed in public areas
○ Pets should not be left unattended in rooms
○ Guests are responsible for any damages or disturbances
○ Cleaning fees (100 USD) will apply only if additional cleaning is required due to
pet-related incidents
CANCELLATIONS
As a small, privately-owned hotel that thrives on referrals, we maintain a strict cancellation
policy to ensure availability for our guests.
● Cancellation fees vary based on the rate selected at booking, as outlined in the rate
conditions.
● Non-refundable reservations, including prepaid bookings and packages, are charged in
full at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds.
● All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to reservations@casayati.com, as
we are unable to process cancellations by phone.
● In the event of an early departure or no-show, the full stay will be charged, with no
refunds or credits issued.
● Any modifications made after the cancellation period, including shortened stays, will be
charged according to the original booking.
